En el mes de julio Cruz Roja Uruguaya finalizó un nuevo curso de Instructores de Primeros Auxilios, de las instancias participaron más de 30 personas voluntarias de 10 filiales de nuestro país.
Apostamos a la formación permanente de nuestras personas voluntarias, lo que nos permite ser líderes en capacitación de primeros auxilios, adaptandonos constantemente y con procesos de mejora continua.
Durante esta formación se brindaron contenidos tanto teórico como prácticos de primeros auxilios y de metodologías para el manejo de grupos y formaciones de este estilo. En esta oportunidad, a los contenidos habituales de estas formaciones se le sumaron sesiones específicas de: código de conducta, primeros auxilios comunitarios, formación básica institucional, voluntariado, código de conducta, comunicación, voluntariado, movilización y desarrollo de recursos y un módulo de cooperaciones brindado por el Comite Internacional de la Cruz Roja y la Medialuna Roja (CICR).
